We are a homegrown independent group of bars and restaurants in Hong Kong, established in 2008.
Medora (2024): Helmed by Chef Vicky Cheng, it is a heartwarming culinary haven that embodies the essence of its name, meaning "mother's gift", where we offers casual dining experience, seamlessly blending Western cuisine with European and American influences.
Liz & Tori (2024): An artistry gelato shop that pays tribute to Chef Vicky’s two beloved daughters, Elizabeth and Victoria. This charming establishment serves as a sweet sanctuary, inviting families and friends to create lasting memories over an array of imaginative gelato flavours crafted with the utmost care.
The Opposites (2024): Led by two Diageo World Class Champions, Antonio Lai and Samuel Kwok in Central. The bar is set to present the artistic spirit of juxtaposition through a series of paired cocktail offerings, founded on the complementary mixology styles and personalities of the two.
CHAKO (2022): A locally-made ready-to-drink sparkling tea cocktail created by World Class mixologist Antonio Lai and Hong Kong award-winning mixologist Alex Ko, perfectly portioned with a low sugar and moderate alcohol content, served in a can for sustainability and portability. It is made for the playful and curious-minded, for solo drinkers and party-goers alike.
WING Restaurant (2021): A fine Chinese fare by Chef Vicky Cheng (of VEA Restaurant), inspired by the intricacy of the auspicious ruyi knot that symbolizes Chef’s vision of cultivating and passing down the wisdom of Chinese cuisine to future generations.
Draft Land HK (2019): We make cocktails a part of your everyday life by serving "Cocktails On Tap" with four core values: speed, high-quality, sustainable and affordable, a joint venture imported from Taipei by Antonio Lai x Angus Zou. In 2024, we opened its second outpost in the vibrant Causeway Bay hub and also swiftly followed up with a third branch in the heart of the financial district at Basehall in Landmark.
ROOM 309 (2018): An intentionally hidden hotel room within The Pottinger Hong Kong, it is a surreptitious and refined cocktail haven in disguise that plays with your senses with “Invisible Cocktails”, bespoke cocktails and many more surprises.
VEA Restaurant (2015): The pioneering contemporary “Chinese x French” gastronomy by Michelin-starred Chef Vicky Cheng, curating a unique fine-dining experience with French cooking techniques and indigenous Chinese ingredients and seasonal produce.
Quinary (2012): Our flagship cocktail bar of Multisensory Mixology, a World's 50 Best Bars (2013-2017, 2021) and Asia's 50 Best Bars (2016-2021) best known for its Earl Grey Caviar Martini and monthly special cocktails.
The Envoy (2014-2024): A city retreat with elegant indoor space and a breezy, cosy terrace located in The Pottinger Hong Kong. It offers award-winning tea-inspired cocktails and British colonial-cuisine that is best for business lunch, afternoon tea, weekend brunch and more.
ORI-GIN (2013-2021): Hong Kong’s first gin-focused bar, widely loved for its KGB (Kyoho Grape Bathtub) and house-flavoured gins. Even the physical shop on Wyndham Street is closed. Everything is taken online to continue to serve its die-hard G&T connoisseurs and alike.
Angel’s Share Whisky Bar & Restaurant (2010-2018): With over 130 whiskies from around the world, Angel's Share provided a comfortable lounge and dining environment in which to savour fine spirits, together with a food menu dedicated to whisky and wine-inspired cuisine with a British influence.
Tastings Wine Bar (2008-2016): It brought Hong Kong a revolutionary wine-drinking experience by offering 160+ the world's leading wines, rotated regularly in the Enomatic wine serving system where opened bottles are protected from oxidation, ensuring an unspoiled glass every time!
